        ATM ate my money and didnt deposit to my account , and customer service and representative at the branch couldnt even give me a date or anything for when I will see my money on my account. Tremendous holds on the phone and no help given.

        They WON'T pick up their phone when their clearly open!!! I've been calling during their hours of operation. Very poor customer care. Fix this issue so future people can have their questions answered like mine.
