I've been a patient with Collaborative for a few years now and I've been very satisfied with the practice. I see Dr. Fasullo and he's always attentive, insightful, and intelligent. He is the only doctor I have ever seen that truly makes me believe that he cares about my well being. He listens and he offers good suggestions. He is concerned with my entire health, not just giving me medicine to address a symptom. I have seen him for general physicals and for sickness and pain as well. I would recommend Dr. Fasullo to anyone.

Connecticut Collaborative Natural Health is the best! A perfect blend of conventional and naturopathic medicine that provides me with exactly what I need.
Dr. Young is a class act!!! She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and has the best communication skills when answering any of my questions. As a patient of Dr. Youngs, for more than 12 years, I recommend this practice and the professional care I have received.

Dr Young listens to you. She listens and comes up with a plan that not only works for your body, but you as a whole. I never feel rushed when Im with her. She encourages you to be part of your own treatment and wellness.
The office staff is always pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.
I would definitely recommend this practice.

The staff was very warm and welcoming when I arrived and I was seen promptly. I did not feel rushed during my appointment. Carissa was helpful and caring and earned my trust which is not an easy task given that I generally do not like going to doctors and usually have to be at death's door. There is a waiting list for PCPs but I'm willing to wait. Checkout was also very easy. I look forward to working with them as I grow older.
