School of Rock

School of Rock in Madison has been essential so far in my kids understanding of music and he cant wait for his keyboard lesson and band practice every week. Their shows are also a must watch. Highly recommended!

The School of Rocks Adult Band is an excellent motivator for learning how to play an instrument. Playing rock music with other students in a band environment is a great deal of fun. The instructors are very capable and patient which fosters a comfortable environment to learn in.

School of Rock in Madison has been an amazing experience for my daughter. Shes learning electric guitar and had her first band performance yesterday. Its amazing to watch her, shes gained so much confidence since she began. The instructors and staff are all so supportive and positive, its a pleasure to be a part of this rocking community.

The absolute best place to engage your young people in a full music experience. As soon as you enter the building the inviting vibe and welcoming atmosphere is evident. We have been a SOR Madison family for over 3 years and cannot say enough about the way it positively impacts my children. They learn not only musical instruments and stage performance but how to give and take, and work for the whole group. Being in a band teaches huge life lessons. The staff and other students build up each other's confidence and character. Watching the students musical progress is amazing. We look forward to their end of season shows, and always leave blown away by the talent. Above all, our kids feel cared for here. There is a real sense of belonging. They would hang out here everyday if they could, just to jam and be with all the musical talent. It's not just a music program but a real family of musicians. Worth every penny and more to involve children here. Another bonus is your kids develop great taste in music!

School of Rock is nothing short of amazing! The team of instructors goes above and beyond. They are not only positive, caring, and fun, but also a highly-talented group of musicians, as well. It's a perfect blend that keeps the learning environment both enriching and enjoyable. The group aspect of performing and rehearsing the music together, with other bandmates, keeps my child thrilled about learning her music at home, too. The song selections are awesome and recognizable, and every student sounds incredible at the final show, whether they've played for months or years. As a parent, I'm delighted to listen to the rock tunes she playsit's a refreshing departure from the monotonous practice drills that linger from my own childhood music class experiences! One aspect that truly stands out is the personalized feedback from the instructors. I appreciate the time they take to provide tips and insights into my daughter's keyboard work. It adds a thoughtful touch to her learning journey, making each session feel tailored to her progress. My daughter has shown a tremendous amount of growth in her skills and understanding of musical concepts since joining this program. The vibrant energy and enjoyable melodies make School of Rock a standout for both students and their families. It's more than just a music school; it's a nurturing ground for passion and talent.
