My personal vehicle unfortunately broke down today and Mike from enterprise was there to help. Great customer service, thank you for your understanding. Not only did he get me in a vehicle so I could get my kids on time, he also drove me back to the mechanic shop because I forgot my wallet. Mike you're awesome thank you.

2nd time this happened to meMade reservations for a van or larger vehicle to find out they didnt have that particular vehicle available when I arrived at pick up, minutes before leaving for vacation. I called to find out why I didnt have the vehicle that I was promised and the rude unprofessional women insisted on talking over me on how the manager tried to contact us regarding their lack of inventory. We never received a voicemail, email or had any missed calls from them. She then hung up on me. Unbelievable! Our vacation plans were ruined because of this establishment that has a lack of inventory and rude employees. I will say, the employee (Mike) behind the counter went above and beyond to rectify the problem.
