GRAND LAKE HOTEL

Grand Lake Hotel, it is a peace full place to stay and I love the positive service that we get from the manager property Frank . We are not hesitate to stay here every time we need a peace full rest.

It's a rooming house with insane rules! Any visitors MUST CHECK IN with a photo id before entering, there making everyone walk all the way to one end of building instead of shoveling/salting one of the two walkways. Oh and they video and record everything in the hallway for no apparent reason except there extremely nosey . PS good luck everyone Rooms: Basic Walkability: Long walk to parking lot

I've had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Lake Hotel numerous times and I must say, the rooms are extremely clean, the property is well lit, and it clearly shows the owners take pride in not only their hotel but their five star quality in employing top of the line employees. One employee I must mention in particularly is Property Manager Frank. On each and every stay I've had at Grand Lakes Fred has gone out of his way to make our stay the absolute best. Frank's high quality customer service skills clearly shows and further he is a great asset to the hotel. Anytime I've needed something or I had a question, Frank was always available and always, always, so helpful. If you want a great hotel to stay at, I highly recommend staying at the Grand Lake Hotel, I'm sure you will be greeted by one of the best, most friendliest, property managers around...FRANK. Five stars all the way. Rooms: Very neat &clean. Well taken care of & very comfortable.
