        The shipment arrived with concealed damage to my computer. Initial repair didn't cost much, but took a long time and when I got it running again I discovered more substantial damage and spent great effort trying to locate the specific damaged components to save everyone money on the insurance claim. I called the carrier (uShip) to ask if it was worth my effort to file a claim; they encouraged me to do so. It was rejected immediately for being below the deductible. I had spent 16 days on repairs.
