Every time I called them to send over my prescription to the pharmacy, they would wait until I was out of meds and send it over an hour before the pharmacy closed. For a place that is supposed to care about mental health, this sure caused me a lot of anxiety because it didn't seem like they cared whether I had my meds on time or not.

Literally the worst place for any treatment. Ive never had a good experience here honestly. The Hartford location is literally the worst. They need to close this office practice location down and direct people to other practitioners who actually care and can help. This place is just a big scam for the dollar like most places. Your not going to ever get the help you really need hoping to get it from them. STAY FAR FARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR AWAYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!

DO NOT come to see Dr. Asha Dusad. She is not a good psychiatrist (from my experience). I had an appointment with her that only lasted only 6 minutes! I had a condition diagnosed by another doctor and because you insurance changed, I needed a new provider. She simply said I am not too convinced that you have this condition. She told me that I should return to my old doctor instead. She was not willing to treat me or even do a proper diagnosis. No mental health professional should be so rushed, she was not welcoming and you can hear by the tone in her voice that she doesnt want to help.

Donna from behavior and health answering service was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was cut off in the middle of my question and when I was trying to explain my issue it was totally disregarded. I was told no manager was available to assist me because they are ALL furloughed. Regardless of the situation she should’ve been professional and understanding which she wasn’t. I will be calling back to speak to a manager because the way I was spoken to was very disgusting. Very disappointing.
