I been going to CHS since 2016 and my daughter too and I can't complain I love it ! Sometimes the wait time is long when you have an appointments but you have to understand some patients have serious health issues.

I've been a patient of chs for some years now! And every 2 or 3 years they change their aprn's! It's gotten to the point where I'm going to self medicate as they act as if your a drug addict! Well I'm taking charge of my own psychosis! I'm done with individuals thinking they now you better than yourself! Worst experience in Connecticut yet!

The Young Receptionists in the pediatric department are VERY unprofessional ! They need more customer service training. Janelitz on the 3rd floor never acknowledged me when I notified her I was here to check in . She ignored my presence, they all seem to be busy using their phones or consumed with each other. When asked about availability it will simply be told Its booked out , when they dont check for openings. There would be patients in the waiting area and everyone would leave their posts. Its never a first come first serve basis , everything is based on favoritism . I received nothing but attitude, and the run around . One of the young ladies informed me to come in the morning in regards to a medical note about my daughters school and when I did it was nothing but telephone being played leading to me wasting time and having to come back in the evening, Everything is just WRONG. Employees need more training on dealing with patients.

I been a patient here for years not always by choice. Connecticut offers great health care but everyone and all ethnic groups can't receive it. That's been my experience. I love the ladies at the front desk. They welcome you, they are polite and kind. But my problems have been with the aprn that replace the doctors. I use to have a great one Dr. Choi. She moved on. My previous doctor isn't to kind to me after meeting her she told me I wasn't on her case load and tell the ladies at desk I should find another doctor. I did as instructed but the ladies at desk told me I had a right to see her since I wasn't refusing her. Recently my experience has been worse. I pray I get a doctor here that cares about me or somewhere Patient advocate promised I would be treated with respect not the case. My mother got see how I was treated here by doctor boggi and the front desk. She praying that healthcare changes for me. I keep the faith hoping there is a doctor for me.
