I had a few issues afterward that I brought to Brittany's attention and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

It took a month for us to get an appointment.
The service center gave us the wrong information about replacing our tire; we had purchased the "tire protection" package when purchasing our vehicle at another dealership out of state.
We had to call the tire protection service department ourselves to confirm & argue with Land Rover Hartford service department to get the tire replaced per the policy. That said, Adrienne who is the service manager at Land Rover Hartford was excellent at trying to resolve the situation. Alyssa who is the "advisor" was adversarial, difficult, defensive, & should not be in the service industry based on our experience.
We also wanted to have the vehicle serviced. For changing fluids & air filters; standard mileage maintenance service at Land Rover Hartford wanted to charge us almost $2,000.00!
The tire replacement took 2 days.
Needless to say, we had our vehicle serviced elsewhere. We found another place that specialized in Land Rovers, gave exceptional service & pricing. We were able to schedule service in less than a week.
We do NOT recommend Land Rover Hartford for any services for your vehicles.
