        Had a lovely stay at the Goodwin for a recent work trip. Rooms are tastefully decorated and some are absolutely massive.

        Rooms are terrible, paper thin walls you can hear everything. We had rowdy neighboors who partied until 5am so we got zero sleep. The staff is useless and unfriendly. No coffee in rooms, $3 bottles of water, broken refrigerator, hookers in the lobby. This place is low class and not worth the price. Would have been better off sleeping in the dumpster outside.

        Beautiful hotel, friendly and accommodating staff. Perfect location for a wedding at the Society Room nearby, we enjoyed the easy process of booking a wedding block and all guests enjoyed their stay. Very clean, professional. Beautiful and spacious bridal suite.

        Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very upscale and classy. There is plenty of shopping, food, and outdoor activities near by. Perfect place to stay if you're looking for something close to the XL Center. It was very cozy and relaxing. Every single worker was very attentive and kind. Only complaint was the elevator that would jump up and down (there was more than one) but beside that I would gladly stay again.
