Smilow Cancer Hospital Yale-New Haven At Saint Francis

They saved my life 11 years ago. I have been going there for that long and everyone is pleasant. I get test results immediately and the Doctor calls every time with my cancer marker number. Dr. Bilgrami is the best and so thorough, kind and a caring doctor. I highly recommend him and Smilow at St. Francis.

They refused my urgent care doctor's referral, and are completely unwilling to work with anyone who happens to be between primary care providers. Unbending, unreasonable, and frankly, un-Christian (therefore hypocritical). This is my last straw with anything affiliated with Trinity "Health" of New England.

The doctor's, nurses, receptionists, technicians of all types, valet, and security guards, and anyone else I have forgotten are all truly amazing, kind human beings. I've never been treated better at this hospital with my team of doctors and nurses. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my medical care! They go above and beyond to take care of you and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Shout out to Susan Crawford the social worker who continually works to try and make our lives easier while we're patients there!
