        I went and saw Mark and asked before we started if Id be able to get the cash advance. He said long as I have a return coming Id get in on an American Express card today or tmrw. We sit and begin and he says Ill have no problem getting the advance as I do have a return coming. We finish the process he sets up an American Express card and tells me at the end how for one the advance is not the full amount but only a partial that they determine (which he did not tell me at the beginning) . I was also charged $220 when he told me it would be $55 plus $100 for the advance fees. I leave and get a text that my cash advance is denied. I returned and told him I was not happy and he lied and he tried to tell me he never said any of what he said and that he could not have said it because he doesnt decide if I am approved or not. Do not do business with these crooks I am so disgusted right now. Absolutely lied to my face to get business

        This may sound funny but I had a great time sitting with Mark and doing my taxes this year. He was super professional, very friendly and it was the easiest time Ive ever had. Would highly recommend Jackson Hewitt to all!
