        Melissa in Print Services who works the morning shift is INCREDIBLE!!! Her customer service skills and her ability to go above and beyond is amazing. She is very helpful every time I use the print services and she is efficient!!

        I was at the Staples (Hamden) store. I had to print out several different things there & had no idea on where to begin. So I was assisted by Loralice Citron. She was so helpful, polite, and patient with me.

        On 4/13/21 I needed to print a PDF sent to me in an email. The print lobby filled up with customers(asking for help)who had no one to assist them, the two teens working did nothing but offer minimal assistance to the customers who needed help as the lobby was filling. A self serv robot would have offered more assistance than the two young jerk females that clucked their heads off like chickens , didn't care that the lobby was full and that the customers needed help but just wanted to clean up go home. They only helped anyone because the store was closing soon and the copy area needed to be empty..
