        Gerardo and his team were wonderful to work with; very professional and easy to work with; they were fastidious in their prep wrok and did a wonderful job trying to smoothe out previous problematic areas; when areas were not as important to us (inside of a closet etc) he was able to adjust to keep the projects within our budget.
