        Their customer service/ triaging robot for the calls IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and I would give it a zero star if I can.

        I never used cross country before, but this one star is directed towards an individual M.Ortiz I was recommended by a friend to use him and at first he seemed like a straight forward guy but he cost me a few opportunities to bid on houses and close out at a higher interest rate. I would call and never get a response in a timely manner, it would take more than three emails to even get a short response. He treated me like a second class citizen. He prioritized his own personal life over his clients, so for those looking to use Cross Country consider that before you became the next victim while he prioritizes his needs over yours.
