I am sincerely so impressed with Jim. Allstate made a mistake when reviewing my proof of prior insurance and even though I sent in the forms during the cancellation (not termination) period, they still terminated my policy. After an hour on the phone with the 1800 number I had to come up with my own solution to go in person somewhere and get it sorted. Jim is now my assigned agent, repaired the issue even when we had little confidence that Allstate would push it through as theyre extremely rigid and by the book. I am disappointed in Allstate not finding my prior insurance when Jim found it right away, plus insurance from 7 years ago. Allstates lack of communication on wanting more information (such as proof of Payment not just proof that I had insurance) was very disappointing as well. Again, Jim was extremely helpful, kind, and real with me and it got fixed as soon as possible. He even saved me money on my next policy. You need an agent and you need it to be Jim. Thank you again

To sum up my experience, James is hands down the best insurance agent you will ever meet. He's quick, responsive, and is looking to help you and not just empty out your pockets.
