We needed help preparing my aunts house for sale and we found Oren's website. Typically we have found services by word of mouth but because of all the great reviews we chose Oren's company and we are so glad we did! He exceeded our expectations. It's hard to find someone who is trustworthy, hard working and honest and Oren was all that and more. The auction was a huge success because of his attention to detail and he took care of the clean out and left the house broom clean and ready for sale. We highly recommend Oren and his company!!

Mr. Oren Bitman performed exceptionally well when auctioning our possessions in May of this year. Given the limited time we had to move, which was just three weeks, he demonstrated remarkable efficiency. Taking charge of the situation, he brought his own truck and efficiently handled all the items we wished to sell. Despite the potential for some items to fetch higher prices, Mr. Bitman diligently worked on a painting, conducted thorough research, and successfully identified an excellent buyer. Several months later, he pleasantly surprised us with a substantial amount that exceeded our expectations. We were particularly impressed by his honesty, dedication, and the evident payoff of his hard work. Oren did an amazing job for my family and me! I needed to find someone who could help me sell the contents of my aunts house and donate or discard any remaining items - and I definitely found the right person! He is a consummate professional who takes great pride in his work. He photographed and catalogued all of the items meticulously; ran the auction and pickup at the house; emptied the house; and left it broom clean and ready for sale. And he did all of this in a very short two week period! He is a great communicator and very responsive - and knows how to do all of this flawlessly. I found him to be very caring and honest. I highly recommend Oren and Elm City - they are ten stars!

Oren did a fantastic job with a recent estate auction for the contents of my mothers 1730s colonial property and our family home of nearly 50 years. He was meticulous with photographing, cataloguing and researching unique items and antiques. His passion for his work and his experience is obvious. His auction brought buyers and collectors we wouldnt have identified ourselves, and the auction pickup process was smooth and efficient. He is great to work with, and I wont hesitate to refer him to friends and colleagues.

Oren did an incredible job handling my mother's estate. He managed the clean-out, and online estate sale of a 5 bedroom home with efficiency and excellent communication. He also sold a piano for us. We highly recommend Elm City Estate Services!
