Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry of Connecticut

I don't know anybody who loves going to the dentist, never mind getting a crown on your third molar. I was telling my friends to look after my dogs in case I died. Dramatic? Yeah, I know! But that's how much I was NOT looking forward to this visit. And then Dr. Courtney Regan drilled out my old filling, drilled out a cavity underneath, drilled down my tooth all while Ellen sucked the water out of my mouth... And there was NO PAIN. None. It's like they took me to a Multiverse where going to the dentist is a pleasure. Imagine that! 5 stars isn't enough. LADIES, YOU ROCK!!!

My anxiety was immediately relieved throughout my appointment. From front desk to cleaning and dental plan was excellent. I am comforted with knowing the dentist, the plan and the dental care to come.

I will never be going back here. Laura from reception does not know what shes talking about and I was given wrong information that ended up causing me to have a surprise nearly $500 bill for a simple cleaning exam with x-rays, which I never would had accepted had I known my insurance wasnt taken here. Laura told me this office took my insurance, and it wasnt until everything was already done and I was checking out when I found out that was incorrect. I did my part and checked ahead of time, only to find out that I was given false information and now am stuck with this bill that could have been completely avoided had I been informed correctly from the start.

Dr Gross and all his staff are awesome and extremely patient focused me and my family always have a great experience. I have lived in various countries all over the world and Dr Gross is the best dentist I have ever had. I met with Dr Becker on my last visit and she was very friendly and engaging and is a great addition to the practice.
