Very poor customer service, employees do. It know information they should know, so very poor employee knowledge base. And they dont seem to care.

David patiently assisted me in doing on line banking. Persistence, professionalism, and helpfulness were qualities he demonstrated. Keep up the good work.

Staff is clueless. After being on the phone and coached through what I needed to do by Chases team, this branch had no idea what to do to help me on two separate occasions, despite having all of the information and paperwork required. I was made to sign up for another credit card (despite already having an application in the system) and then told to wait for a call (which never came). Second time I went in after calling chase services again with the same instructions, the second banker also had zero idea what to do and requested the wrong paperwork from me and told me to basically leave and come back with the paperwork that was not needed. I have since spoken to the chase supervisory team to confirm I did everything correct and will have to try a different branch to complete my banking.
