From the moment I walked into Palumbo's Automotive to inquire about servicing my car, I was treated with courtesy and respect and I felt that I had finally found an automotive shop where I could trust the mechanics to professionally service my car without trying to sell me mechanical services that I didn't need, (unfortunate experiences I have had with a couple of other automotive shops in the Guilford area.)
