      image Have been with Comcast since 2019. Had absolutely nothing but problems with my service and their equipment. Spent hundreds of dollars on our OWN equipment before it started working "properly" then our rates were constantly going up customer service forget it don't think any of them are from this country until you make a huge deal and they find someone who you can actually communicate with but by then it's to late because they coincidentally got you to agree to things never discussed. I hate Comcast and will go to my grave not recommending them and and let everyone know it!

      image Not as helpful as I hoped thank god the manager came to assist us. Our problem was a result of the primary owner on the account who had died 5 yrs ago , and us trying to change services for the survivors at that account. While the first person wasnt much help the manager was able to get the system started back up which gave us access to the phone again for the elderly woman that lived there now While it took about an hour I am appreciative of the work of the manager who went above and beyond to help us

      image Have tried to just see if they offer services in my area and it tells me my apartment building is a business and I can only buy a business plan. Tried to email and speak with support this has been for 3 years now finally I tried my last time today. Too bad cause only one Internet service has a monopoly in the area would love to change.
