I would highly recommend Karen and her Innovast Digital Services to anyone who appreciates focused, personal service with attention to the details. Karen helped me revamp my website recently and I am thrilled that it is much easier to navigate. She also presented to our CT-Connect Networking group meeting. Karen not only knows her stuff in regard to social media and website design, but she also shares her time and expertise with her business colleagues to help Them build their social presence as well

Stephanie from Innovast is an essential, highly valued member of our team. She manages our websites, social media channels and puts together our monthly email newsletter, so we don't have to worry about having consistent, on-brand marketing communications. We don't know what we would do without her and cannot recommend the expertise and services that Innovast provides highly enough. Karen and Stephanie are truly above and beyond!

We were very pleased with the communication and professionalism of Karen & her team. She always responded in a timely manner and the outcome of their work was amazing ~ we love our site now. Oh, and she was already ready to explain to me terms I was unfamiliar with!

Worst experience of my life! At the end January of 2022, Karen and her team agreed to continue to care and develop my website. We started our contract on the first day of February and I was super excited. During the following two weeks, I started noticing that my invoicing system stopped working and that I had noticed other glitches on my site. Instead of fixing the problem and updating my website, Karen proceeded to do a photo shoot of herself, talk about her bangs, and other personal activities - all recorded on her social media. In addition, she went on a vacation to Punta Cana with her family and left her web designer (Stephanie) to boot strap a temporary solution so I could charge my clients. This was the month of February. On March 1st, I immediately requested a conference call and a plan to find out when the plugs-ins (there were 22 that were not updated during the entire month of February) would be taken care of, a development plan, and a time line of when the work would get done. A few days later, Karen headed to San Diego in a conference for the entire week. I didnt hear back from Karen until March 22 that she was re-adjusting and feeling jet-legged and that she would have a plan for me. On March 26, she submitted a plan for $7,300 (the audacity!) and I fired her. Innovast strung me along for 8 weeks, where I lost potential clients and money. In addition, Karens ghosting, selfiness, and lack of professionalism had a serious impact on my mental health as I am seeing my business disappearing. At the end, I requested my money back for all the work she did NOT do and Karen refused - crying that she is a small business owner. I absolutely DO NOT recommend! Do NOT waste your time and money with Karen and her team. If I could give this business 'zero' stars, I would.
