INTERMIX

Wanted to buy something for my wife and spoke to someone named Amanda who was so condescending and I overheard her telling one of the other associates she didnt think I would buy anything. As someone who has purchased a $2,500 bag from YSL, I would NEVER spend a dollar at this store.

Went to help my best friends husband buy a gift for his wife and couldnt believe the unprofessional behavior from the staff. He was helped by someone named Amanda, she not only barely listened to what he had to say but we overheard her tell other sales associates that she didnt think he would spend any money. Horrible, will never shop or recommend.

The sales associates all have judgmental and stuck up attitudes here. I stopped by this location yesterday to exchange a dress I had purchased at a different location over the weekend and ultimately decided to just return it after having such a negative experience. I have shopped at other Intermix locations (Southampton, Westport) for years and have always had a pleasant experience. However, after my experience at the Greenwich location yesterday, I will be rethinking any future purchases with this company and will encourage those in my circles to do the same. Considering most of the merchandise isnt unique and can be purchased at Saks or Bloomingdales, Intermix should work on hiring more appropriate and consistent sales staff if they want to prevent losing loyal clientele to other retailers.

Literally cannot say enough good things about this location. Stephanie was beyond helpful and so kind! Cannot recommend intermix Greenwich enough :)
