        My girlfriends and I popped in to try on engagement rings, and Clara assisted us as we looked. She was extremely patient with us as we asked a ton of questions and tried on so many different rings. Clara was so helpful and made the entire experience pleasant and comfortable for us. Would absolutely go back to work with Clara again, thank you!

        Only stopped in to check what watches were available, to my surprise, they had a very large impressive collection of watches for sale. Staff are very nice and they're able to go negotiate some prices. Ended up coming out with a new watch band at least. Only two things could make this store better, larger selection of in stock watch bands, and possibly becoming a NOMOS dealer. Unfortunately the nearest NOMOS dealer is NYC, then nowhere else in the New England area.

        If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Went watch shopping with my son for his first "real" watch. The selection is amazing and we went during the annual sale. The prices were really fair, especially considering that this is Greenwich after all, and the sale prices were amazing. The service is unmatched--really. I will aboslutely be going back again and will recommend to anyone who asks.
