        Awesome customer service and reasonable prices. Instead of ordering on Amazon, I decided to support our local businesses and called and asked Tim @ Gut Reaction (where I bought tennis sneakers a few years ago) to string a custom red, white & blue Babolat Aero Pure racket. Tim did a phenomenal job; it was ready in a few days and it looked and felt great! So much so that my wife used it, loved it and kept it! So I called Tim and ordered two more (with different color/pattern stringing so not to confuse which racket is whose). The price Tim charged me was the same as on Amazon but the customer service and quality of the stringing design leaves Amazon far behind. So we can all be winners and support our local shops when they are as dedicated and great as Gut Reaction 👍 🎾😊🖖
