I went in for the annual check up. Great office, neat, clean and very kind front staff. The doctor really went beyond regular details in explaining everything to me. I truly racommend!

I recently had a pre-screening test and bought glasses from Dr. Levy. It was a GREAT experience!! The staff was very friendly and helpful--not pushy at all. It's only been two weeks but I am very happy with the quality of my glasses and will recommend Dr. Levy to my friends.

0 stars!! Absolute ripoff. RUN DON'T WALK away from this place. Upcharges, deceit. If only I had read reviews first, but did not - chose based on location. First, I'm asked if I wanted to get eyes dilated or pay $80 extra not covered by insurance but then Oksana the office mgr added that paying extra is like upgrading to have a better mammogram!! Of course, that leads to a yes, which is manipulation. I've never had to pay extra to not be dilated and I've been going to eye drs for more than 30 years. At the end, they tried very hard to get me to buy new glasses, even though I wear contacts. I had to say no I don't want glasses several times. They even threw my contacts away that I removed for the exam. Didn't even give an option - just tossed them. Total lack of courtesy. The minute I got home I called and demanded my $80 back, as they didn't do anything for the $80, and that I would call insurance and my credit card company and complain. Oksana's response? "Are you threatening me?" Bad business practice! Do not go to these people! There are PLENTY of other optometrists just about anywhere.
