I met Caroline through a mutual friend in Manhattan, as they knew how eager I was to move my family to the Connecticut suburbs. Upon our first interaction, I knew Caroline was the perfect fit for our real estate search. She is warm, attentive, whip smart, and being a Greenwich local from childhood, she came with a wealth of intimate knowledge that I hadn't encountered in other real estate professionals in the area. Once we began working together, I never once felt like she pressured us or lost patience in our search or pushed us to take tours that weren't worthy of our time or attention. Caroline often brought addresses to our attention that weren't even listed on public domains yet, as she had either driven by and seen that they were breaking ground or had heard through the pipeline that a property would be coming to market. As we were still living in Manhattan, she was our eyes and ears in Greenwich, and she earned our trust implicitly! There was even one property that we were strongly considering, but there was some confusion regarding school districts given where it sat on zoning lines. Caroline went above and beyond to find us the answer - calling superintendents, school officials, etc. - and it was her diligence that made us ultimately decide it wasn't the home for us. A couple of months into our search, we finally found our home and purchased a beautiful new build. Caroline was vital during the negotiating process - we followed her lead and we were very satisfied with the outcome! Given it was still in the process of being built, there were a lot of variables that changed our moving timeline but Caroline was there every step of the way, updating us as to when permits were issued, etc. She solved problems for us that we didn't even know were problems until she told us she already found the solution! She is invaluable to new home buyers with her caring and calm demeanor and 'there's nothing we can't handle' tactfulness. Even after we closed on the home and her job was technically done, she continued to send us information about schools, restaurants, local vendors, community events, etc. and months later, still checks in on us regularly. My husband and I are in the process of selling our city condo with other real estate professionals, and we often remark that Caroline is our "A Team", given the difference we've experienced between the two transactions. I've wholeheartedly recommended Caroline to numerous friends and acquaintances, and will continue to do so to anyone looking to find a home in Greenwich.
