When it comes to buying a home, the largest and perhaps most important purchase you will ever make, having a trusted and highly competent real estate agent is crucial in this competitive market. I can attest from personal experience that Evangela Brock excels at all of the above! Of course, Evangela was highly competent and efficient in all the machinations around making the offer and managing the purchase through closing, making the experience painless for me. BUT, had not been for Evangelas deliberate proactive strategy of providing me an accurate market analysis so my offer was competitive and - most important - engaging the sellers agent so effectively that I was the chosen purchaser, none of that would have mattered. Like most real estate transactions these days, there were multiple offers on the townhouse/condo I was hoping to purchase. On account of Angela Evangelas strategy, the sellers came back to me to ask if I would meet the highest offer, which was only a few thousand dollars more than mine. Had Evangela not effectively engaged the sellers agent and built rapport and trust which got me to the front of the line even before I made my offer, I would not be sitting in my beautiful new townhome today! I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Evangela. I was a first-time home seller with very little knowledge about home selling and even less about my local market. I met with other realtors before Evangela, but I knew instantly that she was the one I would work with. Evangela explained the benefits and risks of different pricing strategies and gave me the elements to make a decision that made me feel comfortable. She is very knowledgeable about real estate and a true expert in the local market. My listing was more detailed and with much better pics than other listings in my building. I got a lot of listing views and showings. I received a great offer 6 weeks after my listing went live for the price I wanted. I always felt she had my best interest in mind.
