My mom has used these services before and had nothing but a great experience ! Highly recommended !!

My wedding started at 3 and I was still outside the hotel waiting in the rain for the limo at 2:57. Never showed!Attempted calling them, but no one answered at dispatch.  Limo driver never reached out to us to let us know he was caught in traffic.Luckily the valets at the hotel overheard me talking with my father and offered to take us (no charge) to the church up the street in the shuttle.When the limo showed up at the church after the ceremony, the limo driver said there would be no charge for their services that day.  Later that night we received an email saying that they were comping us $200 off of our service...we accepted that, but still...I was robbed of my opportunity for photographs of my father and I in the limousine ride to the church.
