Most importantly, they work with you to make sure you have all the choice and information to make the best decision for your project. They loaned me fixtures to try out on my patio, committed to beating the (sleeker looking) competitor down the street (which they did by over $50 per fixture, for the exact same fixtures) were a pleasure to work with (thank you Alex), and ended up fulfilling my order the very next day out of their own stock, beating the competitor by over a week.
