Northwind's initial project quote and timeline were somewhat unrealistic, and communication with the project manager left room for improvement. They also didn't provide any project sketches or renderings in advance. However, I must say that the end result of our landscaping project was indeed satisfactory. Despite the initial setbacks, most of the project progressed smoothly, and the final outcome was a beautifully transformed outdoor space. While there's room for improvement in terms of communication and project visualization, I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and the quality of their work.
In summary, while there were some challenges along the way, I'm ultimately pleased with the landscaping work done by Northwind Designs. The end product speaks to their dedication to delivering quality results, and I believe they have the potential to excel further with improvements in communication and project planning.

Brennan was fabulous to work with and very honest and detailed oriented. I wanted to install a Victorian-inspired garden pathway around the perimeter of my house with corresponding garden beds following the path, and he did an impeccable job (in record time!). He has a real sense and eye for design and offers much more than simple installation. He takes his work seriously and conducts himself with pride, which is reflected in his portfolio. Brennan understood what I was trying to accomplish and went above and beyond with the logistics, grading the land, rebuilding what needed to be touched up, installing the proper drainage, and even adding raised garden beds for the perfect Victorian kitchen garden. I received several quotes and Northwind was incredibly fair, and his team were the only ones who seemed to really grasp my vision. I will be recommending Brennan and Northwinds to everyone who asks and will definitely be bringing him back to the property to finish the back and side yards. On a side note, his team is just as detail-oriented and professional as he is. Its obvious he has vetted the best guys there is. Very professional installation of a lawn drain and connecting pipe to prevent ponding of water in gravel driveway in front of the garage. Work was done quickly by hard working crew. Clean quality workmanship. Highly recommend this landscaping company.
