        I would highly recommend not using Wexford Management Company. I am part of a seven unit condo building, that does not require much in terms of management, and Wexford is still not able to do so. They have provided zero value and have actually lost our condo over a thousand dollars paying for services we never even used. Additionally, when you do ask them questions they are unresponsive and rude at times. When you are paying a company to provide a service and they don't do it well, at the very least they be apologetic about it. This is not the case and I would not waste you time and money working with them.
