Absentee Owner 3189 Dogwood dr East Point Ga 30344. This company has abandoned this property and has left it to draw crime, rodents and transient behavior. From the day this company took over the property, their tenants have not coincided with the fabric of the community. Now the house sits vacant with trash and junk cars in the yard. Every neighbor in our community has raised concerns with what has transpired. No response or concern from this multi billion dollar company. These people are slumlords with zero regard for the community or homeowners who work hard to preserve our neighborhood value.

This is a company that may be involved with Ash university greens gp or lp llc or with out the llc a dba of 2900 apartments and this is a horrible place to live. In fact it's so messed up that this company is even in Oklahoma because the business is junky and the agent who lives at 833 s Morgan rd okc ok is a house registered for them
It's shady shady and the fact it's legal is sad . They lie & money hungry. But the money protects them.

The CEO of this company would spit on your grave for 5 cents, believes you should be kept almost starved to keep you motivated to work. Barry Sternlicht needs to be made into a public example of why you dont speak against and belittle working class people. I almost think a nice little guillotine would clear this
