Having my 82-year-old mother live in my basement apartment there's not a lot of natural light down there, now I have a portable back up generator but it required me pulling it out, filling it with gas repeatedly and always having to restart it. So I decided on a whole house standby natural gas generator and spoke to Frank at New England total energy, Frank, Paul and their team were constantly on top of everything from permits to letting me know when they would be coming, to work being done without any issues and I'm so happy to have this now just in case the power goes out My mom wont be left in the dark.
