These folks need to be reported to the proper agency that can hold them accountable. These folks loaned me $23k, they have collected $54k and still telling me that I need to pay them $8000 more. I finally stop them from debiting my account. They constantly threatening me with legal. There are bullies Who can force you into a mental distress in the snap of a finger. This is a SCAM hands-down. Get a loan shark before these thieves.

I was about to complete funding with this company (which the process was great working with Shuky), until I went through the contract the underwriter had sent. At the very end they asked for my personal log-in information (username, password and security question answers). I immediately called my financial institution who told me that in NO situation should a lender, underwriter, loan officer, or any form of business Quality Assurance ask me for this information (even if it is an Unsecured Loan). After already providing them with Ein, Voided Check, 6 months of statements, copy of my drivers license and more, they wanted this information to "verify my identity". This is not safe for borrowers & is borderline illegal. Please make sure to read contracts BEFORE you sign them.

My wife got funding to help our small restaurant, due to unforseen problems we changed banks, green capital promptly put a hold on our merchant account so we do not get out credit card payments that is about 80% of our income. I have sent emails but no reply, Will be calling them tomorrow to see if we can pick up where we left off and get our merchant account free so we can survive. Will update this review tomorrow after phone conversation.

Dont ever do business with these guys. Theyll break your company faster than you think. Theyll sweet talk you and talk trash if you say that you can get a loan. Confession of judgement is the worst thing you can ever sign. They dont work with you if you have a bad month. They just screw you over non stop
