        Checked website for open appointments since I was around the corner, the website showed they had open availability all day and afternoon. Website stated walk ins welcome. Unwelcoming staff said they were fully booked with no one in their chairs, did not even let me know the soonest they had available. :/

      Hi Kristy K! Thank you so much for your feedback. I have spoken to each of my team members and we are having trouble identifying when you were in and turned away. Sometimes we experience booking system glitches which are out of our control however we have not heard from any other Guests about this type of recent occurrence.
