        Stanford Guy Sutton is a complete fraud. He is a liar and its terrifying to think that he practices law, or ever did. Hes basically a Karen. Dont rent from him, please dont give him a dime. He doesnt need it. He certainly isnt capable of earning it.

        I had try to reach my Guy Sutton about my deposit and I havent got one call back. I guess I have to go to the court to try to get it back.. I move out due to the neighbor that hartaste me and he never did anything about it. Even had to call the cops on her one time. When I move out I got the place professionally clean and was waiting to hear back from him since August 5
