        I originally ordered online from them and had a bad experience. Two things I'd ordered and paid for weren't in stock and hadn't been in stock for weeks. When they asked me if I'd accept an alternative, I picked one; but when it was delivered they'd given me a different alternative than the one I picked. But recently I went in-store with my puppy and my friends with their puppies and we had a great time! They were extremely friendly and helpful at the counter. So maybe I'll just purchase in-store from now on.

        While having recently discovered H&H I thought I was going to like it. It has a much nicer feel than the big box store. But the staff here is the definition of unfriendly. Did not even look up when my wife and I approached the counter. My wife asked a question, and you would have thought the clerk was in pain.
