The actual visit was acceptable, however, the front end was lazy and I was penalized a couple hundred dollars for their inaction. I made an appointment with Dr. Kirschbaum because he was on my plan, but the front office changed me to Dr. Steniger. I was not told that Dr. S was not on my plan. When I got my bill, I was billed out of network rates. I am disputing the bill with the office, but they are totally non-responsive. I spoke to my insurance and was told that the office was supposed to call in the procedures before work is performed. This obviously did not happen because they would have determined that Dr. S was out of network. Update: The office has since worked with me to understand the insurance aspects of the program and why they are no longer involved with that plan. They believe that the insurance plan had not updated the provider list and adjusted my bill accordingly.

Every visit and been pleasant and professional. Had my annual cleanings done and a chipped tooth fixed. Always a good experience. Friendly front office, too.

Dr. Vincent Steniger is an arrogant money maker. He makes it so obvious that is ridiculous. I strongly do not recommend.

I was a new patient in this office 7/14/21 and I have never left a dental office in my life and experience so much pain in my mouth. I was told to take Tylenol. After being woke up at 2 AM in the morning and was up the rest of the night with excruciating pain in my jaw. The Tylenol did not work. And 15 hours later I still I have excruciating pain in my jaw. I will never return here again. I was not impressed. I should have left and not Proceeded with the procedure. Complete chaos nobody could figure out where half the dental tools were And if they were marked correctly! I will say the staff was very nice. I didn’t realize they ship out most of their work. I thought they would’ve done all my procedures there in the office at least that’s what I was led to believe. instead they did half the procedure on my tooth for a root canal and then told me I needed to go see an Endodontists which wanted additional $1800 to complete the work that was already halfway done. What a bunch of effing crooks. I’m a federal employee with very good dental insurance. I’m beginning to realize all they wanted to do was ring out my insurance. I would’ve preferred one doctor to do the whole procedure. Who wants to get stuck twice with needles for the same procedure that could’ve been started and finished all in one sitting. The majority of time I sat there and choke and gag on my own spit In the most uncomfortable dental chair I have ever sat in. I never in my life Have had that happen at the dentist. Think of it this way, how many people have half a surgery, and have your surgeon stop what they’re doing sew you back up and then send you to another surgeon to finish the procedure? NEVER will I go back there. I think maybe they should read their sign out on the street right on the bottom it says root canals!

Business Response on Google Dec 7th, 2022
Hello, I take negative reviews very seriously as they can be detrimental to a dental practice. We have tried to contact you to discuss your issue, but have had no response. Is it possible you have the wrong dental practice? We have no record of seeing you within 3 years- so I’m wondering where this review came from. I pride myself on practicing preventative and conservative dentistry and will continue to do so. If this review is about me, and I did come across arrogant, I do apologize. As far as a “money maker” – I will only recommend treatment that I would do for myself or my family in the same situation.
