        Today 5/2/2024 I went to see an apartment and I was assisted by Alanna Korris who is a very kind person and all my questions were answered apart from the fact that the place is very nice and everything was very clean, I was delighted and although I wasn't able to live in that place, it doesn't take away from how beautiful it is

        I have been living here for around 4 months now and I absolutely love it! The location is perfect and I love being able to walk to the YMCA next door. It feels secluded but is still only 15-30 minutes away from any major shopping area. The staff are amazing and are always putting on fun events, including a food truck every Friday!! Maintenance responds to requests super quick and is very friendly. Alanna and Andrew are lovely and incredibly helpful with whatever you need. I havent been here yet for the summer, but I cant wait to enjoy the pool and the plethora of local trails when the weather starts to heat up. The unit is very nice, spacious, and modern. This is my first apartment and I couldnt be happier with my decision! Look no further than The Grand!!

        This place is absolutely beautiful. Luv the setting. Trees too!! Trail for walking/riding. The Staff is utterly fantastic.

        Cant wait to move into this beautiful property on Friday. From the moment I casually stopped by to inquire about an apartment, and got an immediate showing, Alanna and the team at The Grand have been great. It seems that everything is turnkey and theyve used the best technologies to make everything quick and simple from the background check to lease signing. Everything is clean and orderly and I can only imagine it will be that much better once the snow melts and the grass grows. Come check them out!
