I used Glastonbury Tree Service last October I had some wind damage that I needed cleaned up. George accessed the job and suggested some additional pruning that would benefit the trees. I valued his professional opinion and accepted his recommendations. It was a pleasure having George take care of my tree issues. He did the job in a timely manner (came when scheduled), did a beautiful job with the pruning and cleaned up everything as agreed upon. When I'm really pleased with someone's work, I like to acknowledge it. Absolutely a GREAT experience from beginning to end. I would work with them again and I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND them. George was very personable when first meeting, and he understood the initial request. Before he left, he asked if he could do anything else for us and that question triggered a thought. We looked at another job I needed done on our property and he could do it...and then I said "If you can do that, then what about...?" I initially called for one thing, but it expanded to a much larger job and there ended up being benefits for neighbors on multiple sides. His office manager, Bobbi, emailed a quote the next day. They followed up with me when I didn't respond after several days (I was just busy and also getting quotes for comparison). George happened to be the least expensive, which was great, but his customer focus and easy-to-work-with demeanor also played a big role in convincing me to go with him. He started the work on time, worked diligently all day for several days, he did not nickel and dime, and he cleaned up very thoroughly at the end. Also, I have to give a shout out to Bobbi. She responded to all my messages quickly and met all of my requests with no hesitation, no issues, no problems. Services: Tree trimming & pruning, Tree removal

RIPOFF!! Hired George to remove some trees this past January. No issues with the tree work done however my property looked like a war zone after work was finished. The heavy equipment they brought in i.e. a Bobcat, wood chipper etc completely destroyed my lawn as well as lawn ornaments and flower pots as well as leaving me with massive oil stains on my driveway, George gave me his word that he would return in the spring to personally repair and reseed my lawn. In the spring, George ignored my calls with messages left and I was forced to hire and pay a landscaper $366.91 to repair and redo my lawn properly. My wife and I are both Seniors and quite frankly finding a way to pay for it was a hardship on the both of us. This, all because someone could not live up to keeping their word. BUYER BEWARE!!
