doctor was good, but unfortunately her office ruins it for her...this is in relation to the "receptionist" who refused even to give me her name, was rude, including when asked a question instead of answering it she said only "do you want the sleep supplies or not" which was nothing to do with the question asked... then when asked her name, only said "I.m the receptionist", then hung up on me!... time to find a new sleep doctor!

I had an appointment for 8:40 am , my mistake went wrong building down the street . Called Glastonbury sleep apnea center to tell them I would be late that was 8:53 am but no one answered so left message. Ive been going through cancer treatments and I have to wait for other patients, I never complain but when I told receptionist she said they were so booked and couldnt accommodate me because by now it was 8:55 am and it would back up other patients, so sad they didnt care. I told them I have so many other appointments its hard to schedule so Ill go to another company, what a sad experience.Hope that no one else goes through this!!

My rheumatologist at the time had recommended that I have a sleep study because I was experiencing extreme fatigue. He thought they could prescribe me Provigil..I went here and had to have 2 separate sleep studies.. I believe the 1st one, the tech hadnt placed the wires correctly..after the 2nd one they diagnosed me with hypersomnia, which is just another term for fatigue, right? The aprn that I first saw, couldnt get insurance to cover Provigil for me, so then she suggested Ritalin..but I really didnt want Ritalin and then she never followed up and I ended up switching to Dr. OBrien for a short time..even though all I wanted was for my Rheumatologist to just treat my condition. Sjogrens Syndrome causes fatigue, and so does abruptly stopping prednisone for someone who had been taking it for almost 1 year (no taper off, he just wouldnt prescribe it for me)Its amazing how my fatigue is no longer an issue now that Im back on my rheumatology meds
