Nancy was referred to me by a coworker. She helped me purchase a home from 1700 miles away. She made herself available on short notice to help me in a competitive market. She went above and beyond doing Face Time showings, even driving around the neighborhoods so I could get a sense of the area. She also provides honest and candid feedback that adds tremendous value - she will point out things you wouldn't think of but that could be issues for you or your lifestyle down the road Nancy helped me through 5 offers, 4 of which I was outbid, but never let me get discouraged or give up! Nancy has great relationships with other realtors and professionals in the business, which helps her know what's going on in the market, who is available for repairs, etc. She also has your best interest in mind and will make sure whatever offer you put together, you are protected yet still competitive.
