I had the pleasure to work with Sanam for the sale of my house. Right from the beginning she made me feel comfortable and is extremely knowledgeable in what she does. Aside from always being professional and courteous, she delivered on everything she said. She always kept me updated and made me feel a part of the process. In addition, she was compassionate towards me and my roller-coaster of emotions during the process, which was something that was above and beyond anything she had to do. She never waivered from being professional, but also has the understanding there are many personal emotions when selling a home. I look forward to working with Sanam again on my next home purchase.

Amanda and I enjoyed our time with Sanam, and occasionally Tom, while searching for a house. We were first time home buyers and knew some information going in, but whatever we didn't know or didn't fully understand, they were able to fill in and clarify. Even a bit of tough love, so to speak, was given, and we understood it was for the benefit of all of us and not meant to be mean or disrespectful whatsoever. We would recommend you give them a chance because they will not disappoint you.

Sanam sold my childhood home and helped me purchase my current home during a pandemic. Her marketing skills and use of technology is advanced. She is more than pleasant and easy to work with. She is very responsive and easily can be reached. She kept me on time with the completion of documents. She has great foresight. Albeit difficult, she took extra steps to to minimize any future headaches with regard to the property I purchased. She was reassuring and comforting. My needs were her first priority. During our time working together, despite working with more than one client concurrently, I felt as if I was her only client. I highly recommend working with Sanam- you wont be let down.
