Since metro took over my complex many things are neglected- the pool was closed this past summer, there is garbage everywhere, no hot water in the laundry room near me and its filthy and moldy, they dont hire the night security guard like the old management company did so many cars get broken into, the plowing/shoveling always leaves a lot to be desired- myself and my neighbors have to do the shoveling ourselves most of the time even though we pay condo fees. Ive called a couple of times to let them know that people are blocking the road parking their vehicles while waiting to put their kids on the bus and they wont do anything about it- the old property management company had the maintenance man go down to the bus stop to keep this from happening- Ive been late for work several times because of this issue

Haha on DJ pictures are you from RH? Just wondering if we are in the same location. If you look at Dj fourth picture you will see broken curbing around all the units now. Its from their first snow storm with us. Poor kid shoveling and using bobcat for over 34 hrs when finally a truck came barreling in at a good 60 miles an hr breaking all the curbing around the units. I have pics(will have to find) curbing flew so far we are lucky if he was going a little faster would have gone through the front window. Dan has stopped answering phone calls. The amount of water in the basement at this point becoming terribly unhealthy. Now lets talk about the grass high spd ride on and the botched job is just unacceptable. Do not send notifications when they are doing maintenance. So dont worry if you wake up to a man on a ladder in front of your slider when you wake up. They come through move all your articles on your porch and decide to keep in the middle of the lawn what they think you should not have on your patio. How about a heads up so we can do as we please with our belongings. This is NOT a state owned property we are a private community. Majority of us own our properties and we pay them. They need to remember they work for us. We dont rent from them!

Previous management was much better. These guys promised a lot of things but have yet to deliver on anything after a year. They dont know how to do anything, and take forever to respond because they're located much farther away. Took over a week just to restore hot water when a boiler failed. Incompetent handymen replaced the wrong boiler and when they finally got it right they forgot to light it. They also do not mow the lawns like previous management did professionally. They just get the superintendant to do it for them piecemeal without extra compensation.
