Dr. Jeffrey K. Burns MD

Stay away from this doctor. he talks down to you, tries to make you feel like you're stupid, doesn't listen to his patient issues and concerns, will rush you out of your appointment, lie on your medical report to make himself look good, gossips to his employees while you are in ears distance, very arrogant, doesn't call back his patient, doesn't want to explain surgery procedure, does not want to be bothered with you. he won't even give out light duty restrictions even if you are injured or in pain. He is very arrogant in nature. Just a complete jerk.

dr. burns staff was adequate he and his partner Dr. Whitmer were not nice to me they were rude they did not want to be bothered answering questions. They snapped at me and Dr. Witmer actually laughed as he told me I needed a catheter. The only one I dealt with I thought was lovely was Krista and where is she the surgeon I would be coming back

From the minute you arrive the staff is friendly, which makes it comfortable. Dr Burns was great explaining everything in details- Im glad we were referred to him.

Dr Burns was VERY personable and respectful. Took the time to answer ALL my questions and did NOT treat me Like just another OLD person offering ONLY a surgery. And apologized for running behind.!! Wish all my other doctors were as considerate!
