I have known Allan since before he was in real estate and I can say he impressed me even more seeing him in action as an agent! He was extremely responsive and has an excellent knowledge of the market. I was initially looking to rent again but he explained to me how it could be financially more beneficial to look into purchasing. Fast forward 2 months, I am now the owner of a condo!
