Buying a home in today's real estate climate is stiflingly difficult. Had we not had the help of Ann Marie, we would still be looking. Our situation was challenging because we were looking at homes in Connecticut while still living in California. But Ann Marie made this process low-stress and fun. She really went out of her way to scour the low-inventory market for homes that she knew we'd be interested in. By the way, she's a great listener who really cares for her clients and works to understand their needs. Hosting multiple virtual tours remotely for us via FaceTime with a steady-cam, she was able to make us feel as close to being inside the homes as possible. This made it possible for us to be confident with our offers. I should mention that Ann Marie is impressively responsive--for me, the most important attribute for an agent--and Ann Marie is top-notch in this regard. She actively kept in contact with us and responded to our requests immediately. Behind the scenes she worked with the sellers and their agents to negotiate on our behalf and ensure our best interests were represented. That meant there was a bunch of the typical purchasing nonsense that we just didn't have to deal with. A huge burden taken off our shoulders. Ultimately, she was able to help us quickly score an amazing deal on a home beyond our expectations that we absolutely love--all at a time when the market is insane from a buyer's perspective. 5-stars are not enough to properly reflect the experience of working with Ann Marie.
