Hello Migdalia, as parents of a child with dietary restrictions, we hear your concern with the situation, but please recognize that your frustration with your child’s school is not a reflection of our business practices or service. We politely ask that you reconsider your review based on the information below. We have always taken extra precautions to label each ice cream sandwich with a full list of ingredients and allergen information and this event was no exception. In addition to this, we fielded questions during service, which led some students with dietary restrictions to choose not to participate. As a business, we do offer dairy free as well as gluten & nut friendly options. For this particular event, we handed out the flavor that was ordered. We are a locally run family business whose livelihood depends on our service and reputation. Hopefully the hundreds of 5-star reviews from our customers depict that.
