Jennifer Karanian (and Luis) are literally the only saving graces for this specific practice. They are beyond fabulous. Aside from them, the lady at the front desk has a really nasty attitude, the other APRN's have nasty attitudes, scheduling person has a nasty attitude, the billing department has digusting attitudes, and God forbid you want to speak to a nurse in the office!! Again, nasty attitudes.

I cannot brag enough about Jen. I call her doctor Jen. I'm a person that's very nervous going to any doctor's appointments. I never feel that way with Dr Jen. She is very kind, very understanding, and never judges. Both my husband and I are very lucky to have her as our primary Care.

Dr Rodgers and staff have always taken the time to talk through my issues. They are polite, thorough and professional. Grateful to have them on my side.

After dealing with some digestive issues for a long time, I finally decided to consult my doctor here about it. She told me to use the internet to diagnose myself... I quickly switched doctors after that. The GI they had sent me to previously did not care about my issues either. He was an hour late to our appointment and only gave me 5 minutes of his time. St. Francis has caused me nothing but trouble. Glad to be out of there.
